Don't adjust e-timing controller or exam-speed feedback and adjustment voltage machine oneselfwhen your

unknown thing in order to avoid timinguncontrol or increasing yawp when e-machine high-speed run.

Debugging ways:

If you find e-machine uncontrol or high-speed and heavy yawp or dithering without content. You can adjust it in these ways.

Short connect lead of ST-A controller 2.5 without content. Switch on, e-machine run with 220V.

Measure revfeedback 3.4 voltagewith 220v-class of multimeter (hand-type resistance, no smaller). Slowly

adjustexam-speed feedback voltage machine(Wn). Till high number between10V and 30V.

Remove from short lead, comeback normally. Switch on, adjust W to maxi-site. Here e-machine runslower,

adjust Wn to 1200 rev till, voltage aboutsite. Here e-machine run slower, adjust Wn to 1200 rev till,voltage

aboutsite. Here e-machine run slower, adjust Wn to 1200 rev till, voltage about40V (voltage increasewith

load till about 200v, it is important.).Unexceed 1300 rev when adjust, yawp clearly increase when exceed it.

Ways of measuring rev: Without rev-meter, measure watch 1 minute at thesame time measure circumrotatedcircle

of gear-box outer-axes with eye.Namely rev circs comes out, it is T multiply I equal to n. For example: T

is 33, I is 36, then n is 1188(33 multiply 36).
